Assist holds a one computer - one account policy.
Although, looking at it more closely reaveals that the guy might be visiting you (most of the time he plays on a different computer).
I see 4 different computers that account has played on, one of which has 2 additional accounts that have played on them.
I see you already tried to activate one account:

But it was denied.
Since it seems (to me) that it's a visitor's account on your computer, I decided to activate your account.

I wish people would just get a new account without a friend showing them how to play, would be easier for account activation at least...

That was at about the same time as this thread was posted (if not later, I don't know, I looked at them the same time).
