Title: ServerMessage.cfg on Dedicated Servers
Post by: [SWISS]Merlin on Saturday, October 19, 2013, 07:17:00 AM
hi all out there
I did not find the answer at all by searching it.
I do have home made servers and there I do not have a problem to start ServerMessage.cfg at all.

but how is it for dedicated servers?
do I have to switch a flag in a ini.file or is it exactly the same procedure as at home servers?

thanks for help!

I found this:
Additional pb commands can be added by creating ServerMessage.cfg in the "pb" folder and adding them there

but realy no edits needed at aa25.ini ?

I guess it is like this, but at a friend of mine, it doesn't work:
aa25.ini loads the ServerMessage.cfg with pb_sv_load ServerMessage.cfg

the ServerMessage.cfg has to be located at
armyops/system/pb

all?

The procedure should be identical.  Download Assist Server to your dedicated box as you would on your Personal Computer.
