Title: Server start problem

I have recently reinstalled Windows  on the server now running Windows Server 2012 and every time I launch the server the Internet Browser randomly opens the internet homepage.  I can close the browser as the server is preparing to start, the server will start and run but not sure how to stop the internet browser from opening every time I start the server. Sounds like malware to me. Assist doesn't do anything like that, never has.

guess this are done by the settings of your browser.
check it.
