please can someone help me! i am trying to create scrolling rules for my server. no matter what i do, i just cant get them to work. i have uploaded my rules.cfg file to my ftp also i have put the command pb_sv_load rules.cfg in my pb user folder

the file, located at system/pb folder has to be named to this:

ServerMessage.cfg

the content like this:

pb_sv_task 20 711 say 
                    >> WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS <<
pb_sv_task 20 711 say                       WILL BE BANNED ON THIS SERVER
pb_sv_task 20 711 say               ALL PLAYERS WITHOUT FAIRPLAY OR BAD LAG
pb_sv_task 20 711 say                            !! THIS IS A fpnl SERVER !!

thanks mate, do you know any colour codes i can use? i am wanting red and yellow but if you could send me a few that would be mint

yes. download "colorize.exe". there you can choose the colors and you will get the code for it.
