Title: Server is online however not have access

this is NOT the ip address you have to allow. it shows your internal ip address.
go router and look your wan ip address your provider did give.

on that ip you have to open the ports. and also enable NAT loopback, otherwise you are not able to connect to your server - others from the WAN would be able, but not you from your internal net.

In other words...

Hit the 'Windows key + R' on your keyboard, type in 'CMD' in the box then in the black window that pops up, type 'ipconfig'. What's listed as 'IPv4 Address' is what you want to put in the first box on your router page: 'Local IP Adr'
