hey when i start my server and join it gives me this error

any ideas of how to fix it?

You can't join your own server if I am right by using Server Manager tool. Not sure though.

it is ok players can not do anything with my ip else i will change it..
and it is not just me my friend can not join my server 2.

There is no built is problem with joining you own server.
Make sure all appropriate ports are forwarded to the right internal IP.
