first of all sory for my bad english ;)
now:
I have 2 pc's the first one is the server (local IP: 192.168.0.103)
the other one is the one with the game (local: 192.168.0.100)
I tried to open all the ports that I know but i'm still getting Auth retry and X inside the assist near the ping.
I'm almost sure that I did something wrong with the ports but I dont know what.
I upload a picture from my router:

thanks

so you have issue in connecting to your server or to all servers?
if it's only your server, then take a look into existing threads at forum, like this: http://aao25.com/forum/server-support/running-an-assist-server-ports-ip's/ (http://aao25.com/forum/server-support/running-an-assist-server-ports-ip's/)

The problem is just with my server.
I dont have any problem to play the game.

Can other people join your server?
It could be a NAT loopback issue.
In any case, you can try and have a look at the wiki to see if you missed anything:

I had same problem until I did port forwarding in NAT settings of router. I couldnt even register the server to tracker before I added that setting, as server showed up offline for tracker even though I saw it in server list with red X.
Add new port forwarding rule - external IP should be added automatically, if not, then get it from somewhere and add it. Then put ports from 1716 to 1717 (its how I did it) and destination IP fill the field with your server IP. You should use static local IP with the server (if not already.)
I hope you get it to work :)

its the NAT loopback problem. search forum and fix it then you can play
-
as you can see in the picture I added I cheked all the values with nat loopback (green dot)
I'm almost sure that nobody can access my server im going to check it right now.
I even added the server IP 192.168.0.103 to dmz but still nothing.
by the way
it was all work perfect and the problems started when i upgraded my router :(

Have you allowed these outgoing udp ports in server firewall: 20046, 20047, 27900?
-
I dont have firewall on my server just regular anti virus (hope that your meaning is to software firewall on the server)
I'm going to check what about windows firewall
the funny thing is that I have ventrilo server on the same pc and it's working.
-
I mean windows firewall. You can add to advanced firewall rules for outgoing and incoming port settings.
-
I have already did it even closed the firewall for 3 minutes to check but still nothing.
Im loosing my mind how the vent server working and aa doesnt :makemyday:
as i said it happened when I replaced my router to i'm pretty sure its something with the ports there maybe another rule or I dont know.
-
I dont know if this could help in troubleshooting or not, but try to check your ports with for example grc.com shields up.
-
Im sorry that I dont edit my previous post, but with my phone its too difficult.
Have you checked this out:
Most of Routers / Firewalls create automatically a firewall rule, which allows the traffic of this port forwarding rule. If your router doesn’t create this rule, you have to allow the traffic on this ports between WAN and your game server. That’s all you have to do on the router, that your game server can be connected from the internet. To connect the server from the same LAN,you have to use NAT Loopback(next chapter).
-
I'm not sure im fully understand this one.
we are taking about UPNP? i'm not sure AA should open ports by itself and if I did it manually it is supposed to be the same.
what is allow traffic between WAN to game server?
-
If theres some router firewall setting about allowing connections to your server through the public ip.
Check also if your router firewall has block ping function, if yes, it should be disabled.
-
I solved the problem. :style:
It was my router who start with the problem when I changed it to "bridge mode". (I wanted to add an external router instead of the combined one that ISP gave me)
I reset the router and left it at the default settings then I connected an external router (router on router) and use the DMZ to "blind" the first one.
now everything works perfect
thanks for the helpers :)

First click create a new server at left, before editing fields.
