Title: refused to activate account

Hi, i hope you can help me,

i have added an account for my Son ( same ip address, different e-mail address ) and i receive a message back, the 2.5assist Admin has refused to activate this account.
i can understand that only 1 account can be registrated per e-mail account, but this account is for my son, if there a possibility the account can be reinstated, ?

the username was stilte.

The rule is you are allowed one account per computer.

it would be used on My sons computer, i have only used 1 machines to register accounts for myself and him.

I've removed the account from the Refused list.
You will now be able to have your son request authorization from his computer.
