hello all,
i have just rent a new server :
Name: ITALY-------K).illers K).lan-------ITALY
IP: 176.57.184.45:1716
i can see it in the list sever, but i cant log in, it seem like i dont have auth,
"its not in the assist master server"
some help?

gametracker shows is offline:

Check if ip is realy good.. my pc when shut down and shut on changed last digit of ip.. so always need to check if it is correct

It is shown offline in Assist serverlist for me as well, if it's rent server then it should work without any tricks. Where have you rent it? Log in to gamepanel and check the status of server. If it's stopped, then it's seen in serverlist but it is shown as offline, if it's started then it should work properly.

in the cp panel is online, pb is running, i changed map , name and colour name..
everything is working but it not let join in..
i think is firewalled, im waiting for hoster admin support

Then I doubt it's their firewall issue. Im familiar with their product, I can take a look into your servers settings if you want
