when you order a server from vortex once paid and all those it just pop up on 25 assist then I just hit f12 and i can go change all the settings and stuff ? this is all new to me if anyone can help me out thanks :)

hey m8.
you can not change alot in f12 just basic stuff like map- time -slots- ect.
for making player admins and server rules you need to go in ini files in the control panel on server.
take a copy off the ini file before you mess it up :-)
