on aa25 assist i did all the installs but when i press login it tells me to wait for a admin to activate . please activate me

When i try to log-in appear a window that say: "2.5 admin team refused my request to activate my account ecc..."
What can i do for play the game??
(I don't know english very well, sorry!)
