Title: Assist Server Manager Error

Curious, I assume the Assist Server Manager 8.23 is no longer supported. Running it errors with : Failed to verify vital components.....

Is there a link to the AA Windows Server installation package?

Next issue is: "An exception of class OutOfBoundsException was not handled. The application must shut down." When any textbox is selected.

I am I missing something or am I dead in the water?

I've seen quite some posts about the "Out of bounds exception" regarding the Server Manager.
Most of the times it seems the problem is that people haven't pressed the "start new server" button.
