Whats the "restartmap=[0/1]" option do?

Restarts the map at the end of the match. some people used to think it reduces lag, it really is just annoying.

I remember a time playing AA when servers would run for AGES and playerid would break past the 1000's. Servers got laggy. Restarting every match is a bit overkill but every 6-7 matches might help. At least there won't be a huge server.log.

I can run the server for one week an no lag at all......

That was because SCI or supercomputerinc was nothing more than an old packard bell running linux and hosting the server via WINE.
