Tried this still the same Kick :-((

Its not dead you just have to take a deep breath and reboot your PC then it works for a good while . Im sure a fix will happen , fingers firmly crossed !

I even sent Evenbalance(PB) two pilot short emails on this subject. I didnt expect a reply and havnt had one . Does anyone know these guys that can be contacted?

ok, let's try to get some sence about that issue.
would be great to have some answers about the questions below from 10-20 players with and without this punkbuster kick problem.

Section A with NO problems at all - no punkbuster kicks:
A1. what version of windows and/or mac operating system do you use?
A2. when did you install 25assist (date)?
A3. what kind of firewall do you use?
A4. at which provider are you connected to?
A5. do you automaticaly or manualy start other programs before you start 25assist?
A6. since when do you play 25assist?
A7. which antivirus program do you use?

Section B with PROBLEMS and punkbuster kicks:
B1. what version of windows and/or mac operating system do you use?
B2. when did you install 25assist (date)?
B3. what kind of firewall do you use?
B4. at which provider are you connected to?
B5. do you automaticaly or manualy start other programs before you start 25assist?
B6. since when do you play 25assist?
B7. which antivirus program do you use?

Ok so I fall into the B catagory info as follows :
Win10 Pro 64 bit fully updated
Reinstalled Assist 3/3/21
Currently relying on Windows defender Firewall , built into Win10
IP is BT Internet
I do not start any other programs before Assist
Not sure how long but I have played the game for many many years .
Using Panda Anti virus no issues .

I am not fully knowledgeable about Defender but it has an allowed Apps and features section that you tick the listed programs etc to allow access . I have deselected Army ops , Punkbuster A and B and the game still runs . Also the more times you stop and start the game these listings become duplicated so I have
SysWOW64.PunkbusterA.exe listed twice and the same for Punkbuster B
PLus the same for System32pnkbster A And B
Plus the Listing contains Assist Pnkbster A.exe and B.exe twice also . Could this be causing an issue ?
When the game stops due to the PB Heartbeats issue , I can see from Task manager under Services Pnkbstr A  and B are still running .
Also when I reinstalled Assist I deleted any old folders and files that were associated to the previous installations .
Also the game ran fine for over a day and I visited a few different servers , kept Assist open on the Desktop and no issues but then the kicks started again some 24 or so hours later.

is it worth doing a poll to see how many are playing without any issues at all and maybe trying to get more of a picture on this issue as to how its affecting the game ?

I set up Heartbreak Ridge server last year on Vilayer , they were fast to communicate when I started to ask questions prior to signing up . After 3-4 weeks the server went down and they disapeared . Its a one m an band company I think . Eventually a guy calls himself Dhillon came back and said I had messed up the server !!  The ignore you and then he became abusive , they leave their own feedback on Trustpilot which I had quite a few removed . I would avoid this provider like the plague .

Still getting Pb restriction kicks mostly heartbeat ?
if I start as Admin and Fix PB or update after the small boxes open and end the client seems to freeze and I am unable to select anything apart from Expand and minimise . I left it open all night and it eventually crashed .
Not sure what to do next tried all the so called possible fixes to no avail..
