This is what mine looks like.

Doesn't look like much, but on the inside it's a tank, well, an affordable tank.

Another anomaly I find with windows is that its fast when you do a fresh install but the longer you use it for the slower it gets, Like your windows could boot in 20 seconds when you first install it and then a year later its taking like 2 minutes, The does not happen on other operating systems, I reckon Microsoft deigned it this way you people go out and buy new computers.

I find that statement to be true. :)
That's because the more you use your computer the more files are stored. Every time you do something, like visit internet sites, windows puts the files in a temp folder. These files that are stored build up and slows the computer down. A simple program can clean those files out and have your computer running at high speed again.

uh can u people post the actual game file so we can download the game :) thats why spanky made the site im guessing not too show off the games u like to play :( lol

That's illegal and against forum rules.

Most of you know I try my best to not be a tightass because that's the reason why I make forums like this in the first place, to get away from forums that are run by tight-assed rule huggers, however, we need to keep some peace and also keep it legal. So... here's some basic rules:

1. No illegal talk. This includes child pornography, illegal audio/video/program downloads. Any links or topics will be edited and locked. I/we don't need kiddie fiddler catchers or unmarked black vans showing up at our doorstep.
2. Keep bashing/flaming to a minimum. I enjoy it too but it can always go too far. Chances are, you'll get a warning to tone it down but if it gets out of control, the topic may be locked. If you must bash/flame then at least provide some proof/facts with your opinions.

Rules may be updated/changed. When they are, a reply to this post will be made. Any suggestions are welcome.

20 seconds to open firefox on windows XP? bullshit.

My firefox open in 2 seconds on Vista, and XP is supposedly faster.

EDIT: just tested with an XP computer and it took 4 seconds to open and load the homepage for firefox.

um, Vista isn't slow at all...... :-\  I have never had Vista crash on me or anything either. I would say it's pretty reliable.

I also have mixed feelings but I gotta lean towards the fact that it will be an awesome game. Remember, Infinity Ward is a bunch of people that got P.O.'d at EA for some reason and thought they could do better. They've done good but I don't think they have the authenticity that MOH brings. MOH is like AA except with a bigger budget. EA already has the storyline, concept graphics and probably loads more done. Hell, they've probably started work on the actual game with coding and modeling and it's still a year out. I don't see them as trying to rush it to compete with Call of Duty. It more looks like they waited until MW2 was out to announce this game which in my opinion was a smart move. I will be getting the game and I'm sure many hairs will stand straight up while playing it.

As long as the story is more than 6 hours long(MW2) I will probably buy it.

I have mixed feelings about this, I fear that they are going to try to make a game like MW2 to gain money and not actually put effort into making an amazing game like they can.

The good news is that DICE is handling the multiplayer so we know that is going to be an instant win.

I disagree. Either Underground 2 or Most Wanted are the best in the series. I also liked Hot Pursuit 2.

also, how does this game play on a keyboard? Or do you have a controller? I find it hard to steer in racing games with a keyboard.

I'll have to launch up a Virtual Machine and check that out for you. Do you want to know 32-bit or 64-bit?

@ Killaman, I looked up benchmarks and if I recall right, Windows 7 out-performed both Vista and XP in several benchmark tests. XP was a little harder to beat but it was mostly either on-par or better than it. 64-bit OS's are awesome and there is no reason why people should hesitate to have them.

The only reason I am hesitating on getting Windows 7 64-bit is that it is $120 for the upgrade. and no, I'm not gonna pirate windows 7.  ;D

I actually really like Vista. Sure there are a few minor bugs, but overall it a pretty good. I have been thinking about upgrading to Windows 7. The main reason I want to go to Windows 7 is because I want to get a 64-bit OS. I currently only have Vista 32-bit. I also hear that Windows 7 runs a bit faster than Vista.
