It's getting annoying hearing it every20 seconds..

ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition, not even sure if possiable if all 4 slots can be bad, but in my case i think thats the case, i swapped out the memory to other 4 slots and won't boot up, so i'm thinking 4 bad memory slots

question 1. how do i update bios? save it to flashdrive and boot from flash drive?? not sure if that even does anything in my case or what iupdating bios exactly does or if even needed to be done

2nd question look at the cpu reading shows what i o/c processor too, but it doesn't show in my computer why not??? it does show in bios though

k updated to new computer specs below, problem I'm having bios only showing 32 gb of ram and only, I'm not to familiar with the ASUS 5 board, nothing like the bios in the rampage 3 board
