Maybe Spanky just creates a new account and continues to stalk our every move? Or maybe he's already done it?

thx for response doesnt really tell me how i can change my honor or keep my name "i9.ntt" and use my old tracker...
You log in to Assist with your Battletracker information, before you found your old account, you used your new tracker's info, now you should use the info for the old tracker and all should be good.

That account already has 94 honor, so requesting it is pointless. But you need to access that account, because the admins have a policy not to transfer honor between accounts

I played a little while still 14 honor or something
You need to log in to the battletracker account you posted. As long as the battletracker account is active, I don't think they'll give the honor to other accounts.

General Chat / Re: Pick your own weapon server.. mod
« on: Saturday, August 11, 2012, 01:38:51 AM »
Pick your gun sucks, people would just whore. What would be great is to have random weapons with RPG and G/GP removed, but keep snipers and SF. Then you would see real random macguyver combat.
I've played on servers that had random weapons (years ago though), but they had RPG, G and GP, too. It was pretty fun until you were given a pistol (and sometimes the pistol would bug out so you wouldn't be able to use scopes, which would suck triple).

Not only that but any one who doesn't have any competition experience but think they could possibly be interested should feel free to jump on Fatality's TS3 and do some scrims to get a feel for it. I can't speak for everybody but I promise I will be nice to veterans and newbies alike :) Scrims are pretty laid back so you shouldn't feel like there is pressure on you to do good, no one does good in scrims when they first start doing them.
I believe the game and most of it's players have been around for long enough that most people have tried scrims or TWL, but if they're not doing it now, they probably didn't enjoy it.

I believe there should be a consistent policy to treat cases like these and similar ones aswell, but it hasn't been said anything about yet (unless there's a public or private discussion which i'm unaware of).
I guess you hacen't read the card system idea that Quill posted a while back...

As stated on most threads on these forums (IMHO), not everybody likes competing in competitive wars.

I'm not saying complaining about people who behave badly is necessarily a bad think or that it shouldn't be done, I'm saying that people won't get banned just for being an ass. With that said, raising the awareness of the community of such asses could prove useful, as this way server admins can know who has been repeatedly behaving bad and who's just having a bad day and ban accordingly.

I personally don't see how anyone could care so much about some accusations and intentional TKs that they'd come to complain about it on these forums. And I'm pretty sure nobody will get banned from the game for just being an ass.

Hardware/Software / Re: The X-Fi series and Quality
« on: Thursday, August 09, 2012, 14:38:00 PM »
Yeah it helped.

And you're right, mine did break after a year of using them, fortunately the warranty was still active back then and I had them replaced. Then again they broke a little a year or 2 after the warranty situation, but then a little glue could just fix it :)

The headphones have 4 audio jacks (3 for output and 1 for input), but as I'm on a laptop I can only use 1 anyway and the only reason I'm using these headphones is because all the cheap shit I've bought for ~15€ has died on me and this is the only pair that still works (although, as I mentioned the plastic broke a little a couple of years ago).

As for the busy morning, it's evening here in Estonia :D but then again it's been pretty busy, too :)

Seeing how passionate Spanky is about audio makes me think he'll never leave these forums just for the sake that someone will ask another question related to audio. :)

As I see you know far more than I do about anything audio I was wondering what you think of the Speedlink Medusa 5.1 headphones I have (bought them a couple of years ago with X-Fi soundcard, but am now on my laptop so obviously no X-Fi for me)?

Ban Appeals / Re: Bans without "hard proofs"
« on: Friday, August 03, 2012, 17:58:09 PM »
Wallhack is easy to spot because the hacker will often follow the player with his crosshair through the wall.
I used to try and do that with sound (back when I had any), but as I didn't actually see the enemy, its hard to tell how accurately I traced his movements...
