If I remember correctly, it was said that they still need tracker to track honor at least, if not anything else. Making they're own system for this would, of course, be possible, but would require quite a lot of coding.

You need a capital letter for Rumors. There is no need for the comma after "say". "English" needs to be capitalized. "Suicided" isn't even a word. Lastly, you need a period.
