While we don't have a user interface for renaming, I can do it for you if you wish (it won't change on Battletracker, obviously).

If you can remember the password for that one, you should be able to use it. But the reset password link should also work (check your spam folder as well).
You've not logged into Assist ever before and thus Assist can't authenticate you, I'm afraid the easiest solution is to make a new account.
