I had a similar issue and this is how I fixed it.
First things first.
I created a separate folder named 25Assist in the folder where the 25Assist. exe and 25Assist Libs are.
This will make sure that the game's files are downloaded in the 25Assist folder that you created.
After that I opened the launcher, went to settings and put my Download Server to AAO25.
And after that I Installed the game per usual and now it is up and running.

Hey guys,

I don't know why but my AA25 Assist account creation has been denied.
I have spent, hours trying to fix my password issue, and when I finally made it, my account gets denied by an admin.

Please, I have no other account to play on. The other one that I created isn't working.
This is such a slap in the face, and I apologize for being passive aggressive but this is really annoying to say the least.

I just want to play.

Hello everyone,

I recently came back to AA2 after quite some time, and I noticed that I am unable to log into my account. I reset my password and tried many usernames which I used in the past (current one too), and I just can't seem to sign in. The message always says that the password is incorrect.

So if any admins out there could help me that would be a God send.

Also, off topic, in the meantime I created another account so I can play until this issue gets resolved. The account's name is KrotchyMan and I signed up with that today.

That would be all, thank you all in advance and I hope I see you on the battlefield very soon  :)  :style:

P.S. I fixed the issue with the password but now it says that my account (SiNsOFThEDeViL) needs to be approved by the admins, so can you guys do that real quick?

Now I've submitted my password reset, went to my Gmail and found it in Spam however the email is marked as dangerous and I can't seem to open the Reset Password Link. So sorry for bothering you guys I just want to be able to play again  :up:

When I log in with my different account it always says:
"There are no associated usernames with this email."
 I am able to play AA2 but on a different account, I really don't know how this even works. I log in my AA2 with my other email and it works fine, I log in with that same mail on the Assist website and it says that there is not a user with that username. Please help, I am deeply confused and have no clue what to do.
