General Chat / Any communication channel?

Hi, after long time that i was realy busy im thinking about returning to play.
I have 2 questions guys, is the community still active?
And more importent, do you guys have any communication platform (Whatsup group, Discord etc.) to decide when playing toghther?

Server Support / server not running

when im trying to run my server on the manage panel website it's show me that message on the consol:

Server Support / problem with new server

i've purchased a server from a professional game hosting company, the server is working realy good, with perfect ping and DDoS protceting.
the server is working good 90% of the time but somtimes the server is getting off (crashing) and not tracked (while online but not auth).
i get this message in the console command :

Code: [Select]

CONNECTING
Primary site seems offline, trying Backup.
http://aa25assist.sourceforge.net/Data/ FAILED
OFFLINE, No connection to assist master server

what should i do? its something that i can fix in the Game Panel in the hosting web? something in game files on FTP? or something that only the server company can fix?

So after the Nat Loopback has solved now i have another problem.
i can see the server and join in but i cant register it on BT and other player cannot join the server.
i understood that a ports problem so i try few things with few guides that i found but still douest work.
if you wanna see another pic's of the router setting just tell me please, here what i set up already:
