Assist Support / New account activation refused. A request from a desperate dad!

Greeting,
I have a son, than 7 years old Which annoys me constantly for playing AA.
So I created an account for him to play and starting from scratch, making himself the training (ok, I'll help him in some tests
).
Since I already have an account, this new account was refused, which I understand and support that rule.
But, Iam begging, you guys could to make an exception in this case?
