Hi all

For your information, i will close the ddos protected servers in the middle of October 2018. Then you have to look for a ddos protection by yourself - if it is still needed.

There are many servers with "ddos protected" in its server names, but there is no proof of it at all. As you could see many times now, only the "official servers" located at the United States and the ones running on the "big" Europe server are real protected against ddos attacks. And i did try many other options with not that high costs as you also know, but there was no way to get the protection cheaper. Also sad to say that the attacks are still going on - and not only from Edie as i could see.

So it is up to you now to save this game against ddos attacks or not. You can rent a server for 20 Euros with real protection or you just can donate to the paypal pool with the link below. We all know, it is a lot of money for a month without ddos attacks - maybe to much to pay for.

i did find the other attackers doing bad to our community. it was Cpt.Blei, i will send you the proof tomorrow. enjoy now a free and undisruptable game.

What about the part that ELiZ did with the honors. He did its own thing, right?
And to register a new server, is there a way to go for that?

If you would like to keep the ddos protected servers alive, the following options are given:
-   Donate as you like to pay the server costs
-   Rent a server with 32 slots for 20 Euros per month (prepayment)

The total amount for each month to pay for the protection:  Euro 292.40.

As you can see, for donations and for renting a server, it is now the same donation pool. Be sure you do declare the donation if you will rent a server (which clan or user). Then it is easier to configure it or to release it again.

First of all i would like to find out, who and how many of you all would like to join the following idea:

Almost all of us have dedicated servers running - around 70 of them. Some of us have to pay for those servers, some of us not because they are home made servers; they are not hosted in a datacenter.

As we did all see, there is almost no way to fight the DDoS attacks - as we do run the servers like now.
But there is one way to get around of that shit. The solution is to rent a DDoS protected server at a datacenter which is protected against those attacks. I did speak with some of the owners and we could do it (some do say it could be a challenge).
So the idea is to stay together - to rent a bit of this protected hardware/software TOGETHER. Then the costs will be as low as it is now, but then we have some protected servers. So we can still run different servers with different maps on it as well as we can name our own servers. Sounds not that bad i guess, right?

As another step i would like to hear from you what you think about this. In NA -  soon i guess - will start running some of those kind of servers, but not in Europe. So, if interested in this, post below what you think about it and what you could spend for this (first we have to find a datacenter provider who is able to run such servers). And for sure any help is very welcome. From my side, i would spend 40$ every month for this - if it would work.
