Finally got it fixed by formatting my laptop , I know its pain in ass but I cant stay away from this game for too long, I tried almost everything on youtube and forums but still didn't worked..took me almost 2 hours

I can't connect with assist server, problem started almost 2 days ago, please find attached screenshot. Tried system restore, disabling antivirus and firewall but nothing happened. I am trying to install again but again it just can't detect internet connection and keep giving same error.
