My son living in a different state different pc is trying to play again. he retrieved his player name and password from battle tracker and went to assist to register and it banned him till dec 13.
his player name is {G.O.W.}_Deathgear
he then made a new account deathgear420 on bt and went back to assist and it still shows banned.
was these old tags banned or what happened . he is asking the ban to be lifted
