Sf border did for 200% proof that its a full growing map insite assist for years people love it years whitout point alway alot player that like this gameplay . 
Its nothing about classic or  puf or  sf border if puf is not online they still go into sf becose its better. Becose the players like it .


Avarage dumb player goes easiest way to achieve a goal. So he likes auto fire mode, small recoil, great zoom (yes, aimpoint is way better but average player doesn't have a clue why :?) and 203... he likes it because it takes less effort score a kill. It's easier.  It's a harsh truth, but real one. I'm not an asshole but in the same time not going to be politically kind, never was ;)

By putting a SFMod on the server you change dramatically its gameplay. Your comparision Vanoke Border/SFBorder with Pipe/Pipe SF is just way far from good.
Border with 203s and those scopes becomes just different map. It's not Border anymore, for me it can be called SFIsuckwithM16 or whatever...  How do you want to solve this problem: Tracking different map(SFBorder) under Borders map name? It's not a border anymore and in the same time our admin team, yeah they're doing good job, can't do a thing with battletracker. So?

This subject has been discussed many times, there has been a poll but you're really stubborn man... and I don't see any help for you from other people who like it, the blessing of aao25 ;)

Maybe that will allow people play other maps with their beloved SF?

Maybe such move will help some other people to make a decision to do different things than playing already good maps with someone elses beloved guns...or quit the game for real? ;)

Rehabilitation for sf border full tracking, simple sf pipeline is to full tracket, they have to granades on ther sf guns.
And Its a stupit rule and not good for this game . We proof for years now that we are not a concurent of Classic border.   
SF Border is a full grown game play insite assist and need his attantion just like all other tracket maps.  :banned: :censored:

Because you literally rape a very good map. As simple as that.

There's no single software that can guarantee you 100% protection. You have to learn which kind of sites you should avoid etc.
Personally I use NOD32 for real time protection + sygate firewall when I'm on windows xp. From time to time I do scan my computer with Malwarebytes and Spybot and this combination is ok for me for years.

I do not agree in the latter, I do not understand how banning a good player would help. I would actually be encouraged to learn from them, and learn from own mistakes. I do not see any reason to ban good players.

What I can agree on is a server for lower skilled players only, that people who are too good are not allowed to join in. However then there's another thing: Where to draw the line? When will somebody be "too good"? Sometimes they can have their good days as well...
You're almost right Bart :) I agree with all my heart that only playing against/with good/better (mostly against) players will make someone better player, but making servers for new guys is completely wrong.  From whom will they learn? It's a wrong way and waste of their and the aao25's time. If the guy is reasonable and knows he won't be a hero in new game in half a month that's good, maybe he will stay, some will leave. This game to be honest is not easy and takes the time, experience counts the most, reasonable thinking (comes with experience, but for most not :D ),  aim isn't that important like in other FPS games. Life.

You're wrong Vanoke, Teddy and Ganja answered you why. Fragrate is easy to manipulate and the most important, fragrate doesnt play against you, it's some guy over the wire... who makes mistakes, has some habits, is predictable, is not perfect. The best players I've seen on this game had fragrates below 2 or close to it, wow how is it possible :D ;) ?

What makes your servers go empty are uneven teams where these 'very inteligent' guys you're talking about Vanoke go easy way. Usually they join same team, mostly defence (when 203 was taken from hospital its escort, it became way easier outside and inside now... personally I hate 203 on this map for getting cheap kills but disabling  them changed the balance way too far in my opinion) and hunt for cheap kills, that's how are they are making their gooooood and fake stats (usually high fr along with low kills per hour) So we come to the situation that there are 3-4 good guys in one team against whole bunch of average guys... and they are getting constantly slaughtered... and those stat heroes don't tend to even teams up so people start to leave... because I guess nobody likes to loose all the time, right? The server goes empty...

The only reason IC and UA have double points right now is to promote the winter theme. Otherwise the work that was put into the maps would have been for nothing.
Pity that visibility on both maps is just screwed, especially on urban. I can't make my mind to use nv or not  :cool:
IC is way better, but it's very hard to spot an enemy on the hills when you're in the building. I don't know who did the maps but he should have checked whether the changes make gameplay worse or not. Some basics... ;)

But on the other hand I appreciate the christmas idea... the chrismas tree instead of guard tower and music on IC are just great, I like them a lot :D

By the way establishing double points on rarely played maps won't help much. There are just too many people that care for their stats, too many people that know just few maps, too many people leaving after got shot... That's the problem.

AAO beginners would learn it. like all others learned. wait 10 or 20 sec, then the spamwave is over. then they can go outside. just wait till the spam is over. u took the 203 away cause of the first 10-20 sec of the game. the match needs 7 min. u changed something cause of 20 sec from a 7 min round. thats not even 99% of the time what u can use in this map... think about it...

IMHO you should think twice about what you've just said. If it won't help, do it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again until you get it.

It's not good that the screenshot function got removed. It only shows how easily you can get manipulated. The screenshot function should stay, however it should make only screenshots when Armyops.exe is running and the game is maximalized or window-moded. When the game is minimalized it mustn't take screenshots. Same like when only assist is running and Armyops.exe has not started -> no screenshots. That way you respect the privacy of users and have control over the gameplay at the same time. Thats what you should make in the next update. Sounds nice doesnt it.

Yeah, it's hard to agree with a HT but he's right on this one ;)

btw. dear admins.
You should set some maximum size of signatures on this forum. Few guys like norby (@up) or teddy have huge ones and they are actually shit

1. The way Hospital is designed, many of the 203 shots are such a shots that kills are definitive, from upper helipad to somewhere down there with usually a wall behind it are just free frags
2. 203s do work for wwr/escort building. The problem then is the weapon balance, as far as I've noticed is that SPR is way worse, this is why in the past a lot of people where exploiting the parental control to change their SPR. It was almost impossible to get a good SPR spot, sometimes you saw them at the back of garage, but that's seen from the objective not the best spot to have. I also feel that in relation with 18C, IF74 also became better.
3. A 203 in the hospital to blindfire with when there could be nurses anywhere is just a big no for the ROE
4. Not to mention that you see a lot of 203s being used for: blindfire, taking free frags while sitting in the back of garage, people walking on helicopter roof with 203 out to get a free kill, and only some of them actually trying to stop roof.

That all is correct and logical.

So, why does it work on oasis, ic, etc?
1. Oasis: map design, very hard to actually hit the 203, but very rewarding if you do, it takes much more to hit a 203 on those distances with those hills, and it thus does not make other weapons very imbalanced either. 203/rpg does not dominate gameplay as much compared to hospi. You can't get a kill with 203 that easily on this map (unless someone runs in the open in the river)
2. Insurgent Camp: There is only 1 (or 2 in a full server) person with 203, you can not get spammed from 5 different directions. It is a lot harder to hit the windows, or hit someone proning south outside. Because of only 1 203, when a 203 is fired you have a small time frame in which you can show up at certain areas and take this to your advantage when the 203 wasted 1 shell. Opens up more tactical plays in teams.
Personally I think IC is the hardest and the most demanding map for 203er but it's not about aiming. Aiming is pretty simple and you have many points of reference from almost every possible and reasonable position, sometimes recoil makes you miss, but it's pure statistics. Feeling the gameplay and thinking make a good 203er on this map, you blindshoot, you predict, you change your position to the best one the current round situation demands, shooting only in certain time frames when your mates are safe from GP. IC is the map where a real good 203er makes the real difference, on pub and 4v4. He's usually the guy who takes the first kill. It's so much easier to play 4v3 situation on this map or when the G in opposite team is just shit :D. That's why I've seen only few good fellas with G on this map and it was pleasure to play against them. IC is the most demanding map for 4v4 (tunnel is comparable). When the push on the certain PC is done well, the other team can count only on some superlucky individual skills. My favourite map.     

Other maps. Maps like BSE, MP, RT are much more demanding as it concerns aiming, the most is with no doubt MPSE. It's all about spot, aim, shoot (higher level is spot, go back beyond the visibility border, aim and shoot being safe mostly) as fast as you can. On these map you can see who's the real 203er and who is not. It's not putting a dot 1 centimeter above the ww door and shoot for 6666666666th time, it takes a real skill to do that. Imho it's way harder than learning how to control recoil of M16 and M249.

When I see SF 203 heros (hospital, csar or any other SF poo except Oasis and Recon) on big boys maps shooting 203s and missing by kilometers tears are droping on my knees...
