Fast crouching is simply possible to do without using ini binds, if you have decent Logitech or Razer mouse and device software.

AutoHotkey is a free, open-source macro-creation and automation software utility that allows users to automate repetitive tasks in Microsoft Windows. Any application user interface can be modified by AutoHotkey (for example, overriding the default Windows control key commands with their Emacs equivalents). It is driven by a custom scripting language that is aimed specifically at providing keyboard shortcuts or hotkeys.

Fast crouching, reloading when running, laying down and shooting is kinda of hotkey but it is not. It is like an instinct by pressing buttons quickly. You press for example X to lay down and you press fire with the mouse at the same time, it is called fast fingers when you press buttons too quickly. It is very good that this gives you warning, this makes it more fair as others don't know how to do it.
