You guys seem to have a fair amount of issues with your "service providers".

Perhaps you should look at switching to a reliable and reputable one.

Maybe even redundant from 2 diff if possible.

I think this is the first time they've performed maintenance. Assist has gone down before but it wasn't hosting issues (that I know of), it just needed a good old restart. AAO25 is different from Assist as well, totally different hosts.
