Dear clients,
This is to inform you that we are facing some network issues with the ukr3 and ukr4 cloud clusters. The VMs hosted on these cluster will be inaccessible at this moment and may face intermittent service interruptions.
We are in touch with our DC engineers to get it resolved as soon as possible. Meanwhile your kind patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

In fact it's good thing that auth went down cause I would have been playing AA all day long other wise. Somehow I'm now more excited than ever playing this game. :/

I have looked for this being brought up but was unable to find it. Sorry if this is a duplicate post.
I was playing this morning with no issues. Took a little time off to take my daughter to her friends house, came back and tried to jump back in game but I am getting this error now. Says I am not on the list of Authorized players.
Any help would be great.

Would this give us an error that says we are not in the servers Authorized player list?

but looks like there are some issues with authentication of the servers, if the problem is really solved, then a VM reboot should solve this.

"ERROR: You a not in the List of Authorised players on this server,
Something has gone wrong, Please try again
OK"
And yet there are 2 players on 2 servers running.
Is it me or the problem still persist with Auth Down?

you can log in without auth system as Possessed did write already. you have to start the ArmyOps.exe, located in your system folder of aa25assist:
ANSWER MAC-OSX: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/25Assist/
ANSWER LINUX: /home/USERNAME/25Assist/
ANSWER WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and settings\USERNAME\Application Data\25Assist\
ANSWER WINDOWS VISTA/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\25Assist\
you can open a map over the ip-address and its port. for example:
go to the deploy tab of assist, klick only ones the server with the map you wish to play and you can see at the lower part of the window the ip and port. to start the game, just double click the ArmyOps.exe and at the AA-Screen, type the key to enter the conolse mode. you will see the >. then type in (for example to play hospital at [SWISS]sever):
open 178.196.49.30:1716
but be advised, you can only play like this on servers made to join w/o authorization system. maybe it is written like [HT]Server...w/o auth system. and if you can not see the system folder of your aa25assist, it may be hidden. then you have to make this unhidden. do so over your windows explorer (if windows is running) and make the folders visible. maybe you have to search in the web for doing so if you don't know how this works.

Servers without authorization System needed. just run your ArmyOps.exe (not 25assist.exe), located at your System Folder of aa25assist and type at the Screen the key to open the console. you will see the >
open 178.196.49.30:1716 SF Hospital
open 178.196.49.30:2716 SF Dockside
open 178.196.49.30:5716 Mountain Pass
open 178.196.49.30:6716 Bridge Crossing
open 178.196.49.30:9116 mAAp:Shipment

do not type the map name, only (for example to play at Hospital):

bei mein server sagt er immer wat mit pw obwohl in der inin kein pw is??
