Update:
Fixed bug that would report 0 kills/deaths/score to BT
-
Can someone confirm that it works.
I can see that the server now reports Kills/Deaths, but I cant see that it reports Score on this page:
http://battletracker.com/aaoserver/92.104.63.23:7916/ (http://battletracker.com/aaoserver/92.104.63.23:7916/)
But if you click on a single user, it shows the current score.
I haven't really checked BT stats for a couple of years, is what I described above normal?
-
If you are a server owner, you might have to start the server manually.
In the past I've seen problems when we do two updates in a short time.
-
I can see that its reporting score, but non of kills. but maybe to early to say
-
CONFIRMED:
it is counting now all good (honors, k/d)

Thanks Eliz for your time and effort!
The possibility for aao25.com admins to double or half the score on a map to promote the usage of a specific map during a certain timeframe
Cool....double points so everyone will play Pipeline!
Just kidding muhahahahaha ;)

AFAIK mapvote.u didn't get distributed to linux servers. You can download it
here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/t41s7owa9nlokmw/mapvote.u)
or with full instructions and optional config example here (http://shartley.net/files/mapvote11.zip)

If the user enables it in the 25Assist Client settings, the sound "Get In Position" will be played at the end of each round
How is this enabled in the aa25.ini (linux server owner)?

It's a client setting, so you can't enable it on the server,

The way it works is that there should not be any difference between windows and Linux server when it comes to what files it has, I'll verify.
If you link to a version you compiled, there will be a different MD5 from the one distributed by Assist(I stripped the source), so if you use that you will get Unauthorized Mod Warning.

it's the same

I just tested and installed a server on a Linux box, and it was the new version that was used.

FC servers are tracked, not sure if that's the cause?
-
