Title: The Human Body is Built for Distance
Post by: BlueBlaster on Sunday, January 31, 2010, 01:37:20 AM
Interesting article on NYT about how humans evolved to run distance as to catch their meal by basically running until whatever they were chasing got tired and gave up. Also a bit on why running in barefoot is better.

A good read if you want to improve your running and form.
