Will it be possible to update our current motherboard Chipset's with this code, when its out.

From what I saw, they didn't mention existing equipment being able to flash to the new code. This would be interesting, I hope they seamlessly figured out how to adapt for extra add-on things like RAID chipsets and whatnot.

Apple mac already have this, they have done since 2005 when they started using intel chips.
