Title: Blueblaster approved Ghetto lasagne

Step one: use some left over mince from any bolognese recipe

Step two: Grab some bread, put the mince in the middle of the bread and surround it with cheese.

Step three: Toast the shit out of it in either a toastie toastie or between 2 plates in the oven.

Step four: Admire

Step five: Put in mouth and be amazed

So you're basically making easy & ghetto lasagna. I like that idea :P Add some garlic or make the bread garlic bread and I'd be all over that.

Aussies and their Aussie-talk  ::) It does look damn good though. I use my toastie toastie to... toastie toast croissant + ham + swiss + mayo (which like.. almost boils and tastes amazing).

I think one of the rules was no gay administration or something.

Also if I wrote the topic I would like to change it instead of the mod naming it something stupid like "Toastie Toastie Ghetto Lasagna (Must be Aussie or Metrosexual)"

That was a potential topic change I was thinking about; except for the last bit.  ;D
