Late last night, actually very early this morning, I got an idea: Strap my camera to the bumper of the car. So I did while I went into the local city to do shopping and errands. I shot a pinch under
1.5 1.75 hours of video which amounts to 6.57GB 7.52GB of space. I will be editing it up for something that is hopefully interesting :) Stay tuned.

I shot some more. Unfortunately, my camera liked to shut off so I didn't get some key shots I was hoping for but I'm sure there's some nice stuff in there.

Video just finished uploading. I'm probably going to go to sleep since I'm so damn tired. I'll make it more pretty later.

I liked it. The beginning was cool and so was the way you kind of montage'd a whole bunch of footage. It looks like you have a lot of nice roads around there.
The beginning and the end are the same clip???

Thanks Blue. I left the house, went into Potlatch to the bank then went to Moscow, came back home and unloaded and waited about a half hour then went into Potlatch again and then came back home.

can you take a picture with the camera mounted in there? I dont quite understand how it works.
Both the universe and my brain would fold in half if I tried to. I only have the 1 camera.

Ok, I'll try to explain. Look at this:

The lanyard attaches to the clip so if the camera slips out, it won't fall to the ground, get run over or lost. The black & white lines are elastic and they hold the camera onto the foam via pressure. So it's just like setting the camera on the bumper except I added foam for grip and elastic cords for pressure. Get it?
