I found my super8 camera! I'm not sure if it still works but I'm stoked. Super8 is really awesome. I'll take some pics of it when I'm not working but its a Minolta XL601. It worked when it was packed up, (almost 10 years ago) so I'm hoping it still does.

Cool cool cool. I'd like to see how a vid ends up looking like with better video encoding. All of us know there's no macro-blocks on film-strips :D

Ive got one stop motion film planned that I'm going to do in super 8. I just need to find film and a projector.

Edit: I did find that the buttons for zooming don't work but that's fine as I prefer to zoom with the zoom ring any ways.

O.o mom says we might have an old super 8 projector in a box some where. I just finished re doing the entire garage....and now I have to take it apart to find this supposed projector...crap.

Hmmm, I seem to have a short some where. I'll be opening it up on tuesday I'll take lots of pics for those who are interested.
