Filters > Lens Flare, Saturation 120%.

LOL J/K. They look nice, maybe a little too much saturation but not way over the top. Good job.

whats funny is i didn't change the sat at all, and also the glares are created from the shape tool which i thought looked good

I like the detail you brought out in the shirt and hat. It's not obnoxious or unrealistic in any way, just a slight improvement.

Too much unrealistic added detail to the dust behind and to the right of the rider. IMO, remove it and it will be perfect.
