Johnny Cash - Ain't No Grave
« on: Wednesday, April 07, 2010, 15:04:42 PM »
First off, you don't have to enjoy the genre in order to appreciate his music. For those that don't know, he passed on September 12, 2003 and up until his death he recorded music. I may be mistaken but I think this is his final recording. This was released recently (February 2010) which is surprising but I guess he recorded so much and they wanted to get it right. Anyway, it's easy to tell that in these later albums of his life he's gotten much more religious. Even though he was pumping out the songs, to me, the quality and soul isn't compromised because of this. The album alone is worth it for the emotions and hearing new releases from an artist that has passed.
It's like shaving your pubes to make your junk look bigger.
Might look bigger, but it aint.....
