It cant be a close moving object. Could be combination of stars and distance oil rig lights.

Im not really sure what there called but they have pulsing red lights over the structure. I said oil rig cuz that was the first thing I thought.

Maybe it could be an airplane. Or two.

idk the image was super dark for me so i made it less dark so i could see...dont question.
