Go to the actor class browser > Pawn > AGP Pawn > AGP_Character > choose a random character. This will show you how big/small human will appear in your level. It is very handy for scaling things.

I think it's shift+middle mouse or ctrl+middle mouse to measure things in the editor's 2d view. Just go to a dev map and measure the doorway with the built-in ruler.

I about shit bricks when Blue showed that to me. It's incredibly valuable, especially when you do emitters and need to fill up an area with particles.

lolz its all good. I forgot a while back when i was learning how to make doors i saved a map with a bunch of different doorways i made so i just copy and pasted them over :P

hm, the way I do it is I get the door and edit the subtraction accordingly. :P

I guess you can do that too, but door frame meshes are that size.
