I cant login with my BT login name and pass, it says user doesn't exist

Whats your playername, Be aware this is sometimes different from your username

2 issues highlighted here,
Problem with the way the username is entered into the .INI file
Problem with link between Assist and BT, Does not like symbols at end of username.
