Honor Claim
« on: Sunday, May 04, 2014, 23:15:21 PM »
Hi guys,

I found my old AA account on Battletracker, http://battletracker.com/forum/index.php?page=User&userID=550243 . Can I claim this honor please?

I answered on BT as well:

Quote from: 'Plitter' at Battletracker.com
If you don't have access to the email, the only thing you can try is to try logging in as 'RazorDenial' as your username, try all the passwords you can think of

If you don't know what email you used, you can try going to http://battletracker.com/index.php?form=LostPassword and using the same name to retrieve your password. Then just check all the emails you have access to (even the spam folder).

If that fails, then all we can do is add your old honor to your new account.

Accounts are held at Battletracker and the admin here is rarely acitve, therefore we at Assist can't do anything about lost accounts.

So if that fails, then we can give you your old honor, like I said.

Let us know, razordenial.

YAY! Man, it took me FOREVER to try and remember my password, but I got it. I have access to my old account on Battletracker.

Does that mean that when I log into my AAO account, that my honor will now show the correct amount?

All you have to do is use your old account's information to log in to Assist and you will have the honor that's stated there as well as all the trainings done.

But I see you've already played so I guess it was OK :)
