I can no longer log into my 84 Honor account cause the email I used is no longer available to me its the account I played with.

If I need a account to transfer this to I have a 10 honor battletracker account that I made quite long ago which I can access.

Just logout from your current BT account and go to this link:

Insert -> Soldat203 as your username and try any previous known password. If you succeed on login you can change your email after.
