i dont remeber my battle tracker name but i got a new one ( obviously since i needed it to reinstall )

i know it says i9.sydas but i just changed my name.

You need to log in to the battletracker account you posted. As long as the battletracker account is active, I don't think they'll give the honor to other accounts.

i changed my name but my honor is the same.... i changed my "new" tracker name to i9.carlos and changed my ingame name to i9.carlos ????

so how does this work ?

You log in to Assist with your Battletracker information, before you found your old account, you used your new tracker's info, now you should use the info for the old tracker and all should be good.

that's up to you ^^, but ya, retrieve your old tarcker and use your battletracker LOGIN info (username, pw) on Assist, your in-game name will be what I wrote above.
