I do remember a Desolation that had a Public TS2 and was a good friend of PTwars but he was from UK.

Updated your first tracker with 81, should update next time you relog.
About the second tracker, try emailing the player that "hacked" your account:

no admin at BT online all the time !! i send a request for about 3 weeks
