Hallo, i can't login with my old account [canaglia]dr.mortak and caanot create a new one, is it possible to recover it? if I try to request the password it tells me that the account does not exist, if I try to register on 25Assist Account Registration it tells me that it is already used.

Not sure why I missed this post from last week. Sorry about that.
Regardless, the issue here is that there's a separate login name from the in game name. The in game name of "[canaglia]dr.mortak" is taken. But to log in with that account you need to use the login name of "morak". And when you're doing account recovery, you enter the login name rather than the in game name.
