You can definitely run underneath, the only issue would be length. I've run the 8-pin CPU header underneath GPU's between the pci-e slot and the rear bracket, there's usually a 3/4" by 1/2" square up there, depending on motherboard layout.

Ragequit.

Few things;
Get rid of WinRAR and use 7-Zip. It is the superior program
Why are you using Paint when Windows 7 has a built-in screenshot tool called Snipping Tool?
You need to get closer to your router, your signal is pretty shitty and will raise ping and connection issues.

Winrar was the only tool I knew about. I don't see how a program would be superior while I haven't really had any issue with winrar. And Paint was pre-installed on my pc I guess, I never really downloaded it, and I'm not sure where I can find that snipping tool.

And yes my wifi is crappy when I'm in my room, but if you look at the picture of my laptop and zoom in you can see it's much better when I'm in the leaving room. I just don't want to annoy people when they're having a real life in the living room :D

I used to use WinRAR and WinZip but switched to 7-Zip and haven't looked back. It's simple and lean and compacts files better than either of the two. Plus you don't have to pay or hassle with pirating.
