I had an idea the other day to build a stand for my headphones since I got tired of laying them down and having them constantly get in the way. I thought and thought and remembered that I have misc random bits of PVC down in the barn so I went down and pieced something together. This is what I came up with:

Not bad for scrap materials laying around. I kinda wish it was a little taller but I might change that in the future. When I get to Walmart again, I'll pick up a rattle can of flat black to finish it off.

Good shit. PVC is a great way to make a chair if your in dire need of one :D
True story.

Very nice work Nate!

You should spray paint it all black and make it look all classy and shit

NO! Get the armor-lining stuff. Its like a plastic coat, I used to once, to black out logos on a friends car, and I'm planning on doing this on the wood grain inside of my bmw, it looks 100% better than paint on plastic. Plus it has texture!

Man that is awesome. I see a trip to home depot in my future.

Why would you paint textured plastic over wood grain?

Blue, Yes that stuff.
Nate, the cheap plastic wood is fucking gay imo. I don't like it at all, so I'm going to do this.
Its actually called, plastic dip, its not that much, and looks good imo.

You mean on the "Lexus" decal?
I'm a little surprised that BMW would put plastic wood in a car to be honest...
