Hello
My server is down for months already , and the automaticly payment to vortex was going.
5 days i came back to play the game again,and the sercer was down.
i opened 2 tickets already , and 4 days passed but no reply
anybody can tell me what to do ? since there are a big adversite for this "good service" company here on the site.

I guess your server is there at Netherlands datacenter? I administrate several servers working at same environment and they seem to be running atm. Have you tried to stop the server and start it again from gamepanel?

This datacenter - or the network where it's connected - has had issues in past month but they're working on it

The ControlPanel Login is not working , even reseting password.

As ronski stated, are you in the Netherlands datacenter?

And what is the ticket number? I will have Kent check it out for you.

The account shows it was suspended as the details entered were as follows:

Address 1   hhhhhsad
Address 2   hhhhhsad
City   aifa
State/Region   dsadsa
Postcode   241
Country   IL - Israel
Phone Number   0525634701

There is nothing I can do with the fraudulent details and FraudRecord and MaxMind picked the account up as FRAUD due to the fony address sadly.

Please reply to ticket #144319 with proper details and we can work on getting the access restored back to your account  ;)
