Wherever you want. You need to keep the .exe and the folder together though. Once Assist installs AA I move the .exe and folder to C:\Users\Main\AppData\Roaming\25Assist just to keep things clean and tidy.

Now it says windows smartscreen prevented this app from running. running this app may put you PC at risk.

try this

then Put 25Assist.exe and 25Assist Libs at your Desktop top and run.

Don't disable smartscreen. Just click more info and allow the application.
