Poll is a bad way to get this info (aao25.com community is only a small fragment of all players). You can get accurate stats by checking the logs on the auth server. I will do some grepping later today and put the results here.

Stats from 6000 accounts that were active during last 30 days (sum is not 6000 due to some accounts using more than one OS):

win: 5785
lin: 173
mac: 119

Yes, and e.g. during last 24h there were 1500 accounts active. Don't be fooled by the number of players present at given moment (e.g. 200) - people join and leave all the time.

Yes, but only approximately, and it's not worth the trouble (it's not easily available).
